This project was the design and implementation of a web based hospital booking system to keep consistency of look and feel close to that of the current intranet.

I was initially responsible for designing the look and feel of the Nuffield system based on screen shots of the existing intranet. Once these had been agreed I created the HTML and CSS wireframes which would then be used by the Java development team when applying the functionality.

Whilst development was underway I was used as a contact point by the development team when additional functionality was requested and further prototypes were created.

The wireframing was extremely useful on this project to demonstrate to the client how the application would appear without spending lenghtly time building the functionality. This enabled us to quickly make changes to the wireframe until the client was happy and we could proceed with the final development.
